This is a very simple tutorial! All you will need is THIS orb brush!

once you have lassoed and put your orb in your brushes, all you have to do is open up the picture you want to have orbs and go into your brushes section in your photoshop and click the orb brush. then pick the colors you choose. and walaa! you have color orbs!
